Scaffolding, Insulation & Painting Services

Design and Installation

When our Group first expanded into engineering services, we began by supplying scaffolding workers to handle scaffolding projects for our clients. In mid-2017, we broadened our services to include the design and installation of scaffolding systems.

We now offer comprehensive scaffolding solutions, from design to installation, supporting maintenance projects across the oil and gas, petrochemical, marine, and construction industries.

Our certified scaffold erectors, under the guidance of qualified supervisors, handle all installations. Where required, a professional engineer certifies the scaffolding to ensure it meets the safety standards set by the Workplace Safety and Health (Scaffolds) Regulations 2011.

To Reach

Elevated and Inaccessible Areas

Large and tall buildings often have areas that are tough to reach due to their size and height. Scaffolding provides a practical solution, allowing access to elevated and otherwise unreachable spots.

To navigate these areas, various scaffolding components are assembled into platforms, ladders, and stairs. Once our customers’ work is done, the scaffolding is dismantled and removed.

Adapted to Provide

Functions Other Than Access

As part of our Group’s scaffolding services, we design and install scaffolds that serve as engineered shelters.

01. Temporary Tentage

Engineered shelters are temporary structures, such as tenting, roofing, or covers, built around scaffolds to protect against environmental elements and various activities.

For example, tenting can be installed over buildings and structures to shield them from rain and sun damage.

02. Temporary Warehouse

Engineered shelters can also be installed and used as temporary warehouse to provide onsite protection of construction materials and equipment against the elements.

03. Cover Against Surveillance

For restricted or confidential projects, engineered shelters may be installed to conceal and provide sites cover against ground, aerial or satellite surveillance.

04. Prevent Injury/Damage

Shelters may also be erected around construction sites to prevent injury to people and/or damage to the surrounding environment from construction activities.

For example, sand blasting may cause loose sand particles to be expelled, and an appropriate engineered shelter may prevent such particles from being expelled outside of the designated construction site.
